WHAT KIND OF BRICKS DO YOU USE?

We only use LEGO® bricks at Brick Fest Live.

 

OPENING TIMES

9am for VIP and Flex ticketholders / 10am for general admission

Last entry each day will be 2pm

The event will close at 4pm

 

HOW LONG ARE WE ALLOWED TO STAY?

Once inside Brick Fest Live events you are welcome to stay until closing time at 4pm!

A typical visit lasts between 1.5 – 2 hours.

General Admission 
Admission to Brick fest Live is by timed entry. Customers can arrive anytime within their chosen time slot. However once inside Brick Fest Live you can stay as long as you like.

Flex Ticket
Flex tickets allow customers to arrive at any point during our opening times, as well as come and go from the event.

• 1 hour VIP-only access (9 am - 10 am)

• Flex option: arrive any time on your chosen day and come and go as you please!

Under 4’s Ticket

Everyone attending Brick Fest Live will require a ticket to gain entry, however tickets for children under 4 are free of charge.

Just add a free “Child under 4” ticket to your basket when you’re purchasing your VIP, Flex or General Admission ticket.

IS THE EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?

Yes, all ages are welcome! Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

All tickets will be issued as E-tickets. We encourage customers to display their tickets on their phone on arrival, rather than printing. It's a good idea to download your ticket onto your device before arriving at the event so that it is ready to be scanned.

Please be aware that we don’t authorise or have any control over the sale of tickets via third-party websites.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE EVENT?

There will be limited tickets available to buy WITH CARD ONLY on the door. We cannot accept cash payments for tickets.

As this will be a very popular event, we strongly advise that you purchase your tickets ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.

 

QUEUING

All customers should arrive at any time within their chosen timeslot stated on their ticket, to keep queuing to a minimum.

If you arrive before their time slot you may be held in a separate queue until the time listed on their ticket.

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY

Please be sure that you have chosen the right entry date and time slot at the time of making your booking, as we are generally unable to offer exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased. We are also not able to offer refunds on unwanted/lost tickets. If you are unsure what your arrival time will be, you may want to consider purchasing a flex ticket.

ACCESSIBILITY

CAN I BRING WHEELCHAIRS/MOBILITY SCOOTERS/BUGGIES?

Yes. Brick Fest Live is easily accessible and on flat ground.

We do not provide wheelchairs or mobility scooters, however, those who require a wheelchair, or a mobility scooter are welcome to bring them.

If you have specific access needs please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

DO YOU PROVIDE CARER TICKETS?

Edinburgh and Milton Keynes - A disabled person purchasing a ticket may bring one carer at no extra cost. Please select the personal assistant ticket at point of booking, this ticket will admit your carer to the event. You may be asked to provide evidence upon entry.

If you require more than one carer, please contact us here.

The person requiring the carer should purchase an entry ticket – standard or wheelchair access.

IS BLUE BADGE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Edinburgh - Parking will be in the North Car Park. There will be a dedicated area for accessible parking. The North Car Park spaces are on uneven hard standing. However there is a flat paved route to the Lowland Hall Entrance (Gate 5).

Milton Keynes – There are 200 accessible parking spaces for guests who require them. As well as accessible parking there are multiple set down and pick-up points around the Stadium. Parking must be prebooked, you can do that here - https://myringgo.co.uk/.

Birmingham – You can pay online by booking Standard Parking. Book at least the day before your visit to save £5. When you arrive on site, follow the appropriate blue signage for your event. To make it easy for the traffic team to direct you to your parking area, and stop possible delays, please ensure your badge is visible.

ACCESSIBILTY AT THE VENUE

Edinburgh

The Lowland Hall has step-free access. The entry doors have a width of 1.66m. The doors do have a small lip on the floor but there are fire exits at the side of the building which would accommodate a wheelchair, scooter or pram if required.

The public area of this building is one level. There are two accessible toilets, one in the hall and one in the West foyer. We have two Changing Place facilities in different buildings on site if a customer requires use of them.

The main floor has flat concrete flooring.

Parking will be in the North Car Park. There will be a dedicated area for accessible parking. The North Car Park spaces are on uneven hard standing. Although there is a flat paved route to the Lowland Hall Entrance (Gate 5).

There will be a taxi drop off/pick up area close to the entrance of the event. Please advise anyone picking you up to follow the event signage on the approach to the venue and a traffic steward on entry to the car park will direct you to the drop off/pick up point.

ON THE DAY

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

Yes! We encourage visitors to take photos along the trail and share them on social media with us.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD?

Yes, you can and there will be dedicated spots in which food can be consumed. However, we do not allow anything sticky to be consumed inside the venue so as to protect the integrity of our displays and millions of bricks. This means sticky sweets and confectionary or anything that could damage the playability of the bricks is not permitted.

 

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Please check venue websites for public transport and car parking information.

Edinburgh – Parking will be in the North Car Park. There is charge of £10 per car which is taken by the parking attendant on arrival.
